Ordering your favorite products from nidas.com.bd is simple and secure. Follow these quick steps to place your order:

Step 1: Browse & Select Products

  2. Click on a product to view its details, available sizes, colors, and pricing.

  3. Select your desired specifications (Size, Color, Quantity) and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now".

Step 2: Review Shopping Cart

  1. Click the Cart Icon at the top right corner of the page.

  2. Review your selected items, quantities, and order total.

  3. If you have a discount voucher or coupon code, enter it in the Promo Code box and click Apply.

  4. Click "Proceed to Checkout".

Step 3: Provide Shipping & Contact Details

Fill in the checkout form with accurate information:

  • Full Name

  • Active Phone Number (mandatory for order confirmation)

  • Email Address

  • Complete Delivery Address (House/Flat No., Road/Block, Thana, District)

Step 4: Choose Payment Method

Select your preferred payment option:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the total amount in cash to the courier agent when receiving your package (Inside Dhaka).

  • Mobile Financial Services (MFS): Pay securely via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

  • Debit / Credit Card: Pay using Visa, Mastercard, or authorized online payment gateways.

(Note: For orders outside Dhaka, an advance shipping fee payment may be required to confirm your order).

Step 5: Place Your Order

  1. Double-check your delivery address and order details.

  2. Read and check the box for "Terms & Conditions".

  3. Click "Place Order".

  4. You will instantly see an Order Confirmation Page displaying your unique Order ID.

Step 6: Confirmation & Dispatch

  • Order Verification: Our customer support team will contact you via Phone Call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order.

  • Dispatch: Once verified, your order will be packed and handed over to our courier partner.

  • Tracking: You will receive a courier tracking ID via SMS to track your shipment in real-time until it arrives at your doorstep.
